1. Enter keyword/phrase you want to rank for (and optionally location if it is relevant)
2. Click "Save"
3. Choose Opportunity Type from the drop-down list
3a. If an Opportunity Type doesn't exist, or, you want to enter your own search parameter, you can do so in the "Enter your custom parameter to search..." field and then click "Save. You will need to choose this entered Opportunity Type from the drop-down list
4. Click "Find Opportunity"
5. You will be redirected to the Search results
6. This constitutes one search
6a. If you want more than 10 results, click "Next Results". This also constitutes one search
Results Page
Results is your results page.
If a link looks like a backlink opportunity, you can copy it to your clipboard or copy it within the software to your palette located at the bottom of the results page.
Or you can download the entire set of links from a search result as a CSV file (also located at the bottom of the results page.)
Then you can either, copy or download the palette of backlink opportunities as a text file located at the bottom of the results page (just make sure when the “Save as…” prompt appears you type .txt at the end of the file name.)
If you want to change keyword/phrase, location, or Opportunity Type, simply go back to Settings.
Next Steps
Based on your copies or saved list of backlink opportunities, you can begin to analyse it for authority and link attributes etc before you decided to contact websites to gain backlinks.
